Terms and conditions of sale

The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made on this website. By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Availability

Although I occasionally have some surplus stock, most of my bottles are made to order. I can usually dispatch orders within five working days. If I am unable to do this, I will let you know.

Payments & Security

I do not store any payment details on this website. All payments are processed through PayPal's secure servers. You can pay with all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal accounts.

Your Privacy

The information I collect about you when you place an order will only be used to process that order. I will never send marketing emails (spam) to you, and I will never pass any of your details to a third party. I will only use the data that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

Dispatch and Delivery

When your order is dispatched I will provide a tracking number. The delivery service may require a signature. If you expect to be away from home when the delivery is due, please feel free to provide an alternative address.

Damage and breakages

I am pleased to say that in 10 years of creating Impossible Bottles, I have never had a single bottle damaged in shipping. However, in the unfortunate event that this does happen, I use a fully-insured shipping service and guarantee a full refund or replacement (subject to you submitting appropriate evidence of the damage).

Cancelling your order

If you have ordered a standard (non-bespoke) Impossible Bottle, you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of the day after delivery. To cancel your order and claim a full refund, please contact me. All goods must be returned to me in their original packaging and in saleable condition. You are responsible for paying any return shipping costs.
