The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made on this website. By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Although I keep some stock, most of my bottles are made to order. I can usually dispatch orders within 3 working days. If I am unable to do this, I will let you know.
I do not store any card details on this website. All payments are processed through PayPal's secure servers. You can pay with all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal accounts.
The information I collect about you when you place an order will only be used to process that order. I will never send marketing emails (spam) to you, and I will never pass any of your details to a third party. I will only use the data that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery (5 working days if outside of the UK). If your goods have still not arrived after this time, please check with your local post/sorting office. If goods are returned to me having not been collected, I will have to charge you additional postage costs to resend.
The delivery service may require a signature. If you expect to be out when the delivery is due, please feel free to provide an alternative address.
I am not responsible for delays during transit.
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days of the day after delivery, by notifying me in writing.
To cancel your order and claim a full refund, please write to me at the address below, or email me at email@example.com. Please provide your full name, order and contact details.
If you wish to cancel your order, I will try to do so before it is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, please return the goods to the address below, securely packaged and in the same condition as they arrived. You will be liable for any return postage costs.
I recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service and obtain proof of postage, to ensure that the goods are returned safely to me.
